Steps on how students can receive access to any Tier 2 intervention software


1. To request help with students receiving access to any tier 2 intervention software, you'll need to submit a ticket in Incident IQ. Start in your Google Chrome browser and click aldine-isd.org bookmarks


2. Click Incident IQ


3. Click Google SSO


4. Click on your account


5. Click New Ticket


6. Click Software / Applications


7. Click Application Support


8. Describe your issue in detail to help your technician


9. Click to select your room


10. Click to select a value


11. Select Access to Application


12. Click Submit Ticket


13. That's it. You're done!
