RapidIdentity – How do I change a student password?

Steps on how to change a student password

1. To change a student's password, start out in your Google Chrome browser.

Click Aldine-isd.org bookmarks

2. Click AISD Password Reset

3. Enter your Aldine username and password, then click Go

4. Click Student Accounts

5. To search a student, type in a student's name. To search by a student's ID number, type 'STU' then the number.

Example: STU123456

6. Click Search

7. Find your student's name and click the check box

8. Click Change Password

9. Click Yes

10. Click and type in New Password
Make sure you use the required criteria

11. Click Confirm New Password and retype the new password

12. If you want the student to create their own password at their next login, check the box.

If you want the student to keep the password that is created here, make sure the box is unchecked.

13. Click Save

14. That's it. You're done!
