Amira - Why are Stories Not Reporting Minutes?

Amira only reports minutes for completed stories. If a student is showing zero minutes in the Tracking Report and you know they have been working, it is most likely due to them not having read a complete story. We recommend allowing students enough time to complete stories and reminding them that they need to wait until Amira finishes saving at the end and goes back to the "Read a Story/See Progress" screen before closing out.
