Lightspeed - How to start, stop, or extend a session

1. To start a session in Lightspeed, you have two options. The first, you can click the Start session button in the My Classes dashboard

2. Next, select one of the predetermined time lengths or choose a custom end time. Keep in mind the maximum length is 105 minutes!

3. Click Start class session

4. The second option is to open the specific class you want to use and then click Start Session

5. Select a predetermined time length or choose a custom end-time. Keep in mind the maximum length is 105 minutes!

6. Click Start class session

7. To stop a session, click on the running timer above More actions.

8. Click End class session now

9. To extend the current session with predetermined time lengths, click on the running timer above More Actions

10. Then click on Extend this class session

11. Select a time or customize the amount of time

12. Click on Apply

13. That's it. You're done!
