MATHia - How do I reset a problem for a student?

To reset a problem in Carnegie learning:
1. start in ClassLink. Click on the Carnegie Learning App
2. Click tools
3. Click Teacher's Toolkit
4. Click the waffle menu at the top right of the screen
5. Click Students
6. Type the student's name into the search bar
7. Click the student's name
8. Click the problem that the student is having issues with
9. Click restart problem
10. Select Reset Current Problem
11. Click Ok
12. If this does not fix the issue, repeat steps 1-10, and instead select Reset Step-by-Step Problem
13. Click Ok
14. That's it. You're done!
