RapidIdentity - How do I change my security questions?

Steps on how to change your security questions in Rapid Identity

1. The first step is to click to open the aldine-isd.org bookmarks folder

2. Click on AISD Password Reset

3. Type your Aldine username (not email) and password

4. Click Go

5. Find your name in the top right-hand corner, and click the down arrow

6. Click Update Challenge Responses

7. Click PRE-DEFINED to update questions and answers

8. Click YOUR CHOICE to update questions and answers. This is optional for added security.

9. Click SUPPORT TEAM to update questions and answers

10. Click Save when done updating all questions and answers

11. That's it. You're done!
