If your ViewSonic device displays a "Speaker Disabled" message when adjusting the volume and there is no sound output—despite confirming that both the hardware and Windows sound settings are correctly configured—please refer to the following solution.
To enable speakers on ViewSonic:
1. Switch to the Android Operating System by clicking on the arrow on the right side.
2. Double tap the Windows icon.
3. Double tap Viewboard.
4. Tap the dropdown, then tap the gear icon.
5. Tap Display.
6. Tap HDMI Out.
7. Uncheck Disable Viewboard speakers when using HDMI out.
8. That's it. You're done!
