Steps on how do you get your room phone fixed
1. To request help fixing your classroom phone, you'll need to submit a ticket in Incident IQ. Start in your Google Chrome Browser and select aldine-isd.org bookmarks.
2. Click Incident IQ
3. Click Google SSO
4. Click on your account
5. Click New Ticket
6. Click Phones
7. Click Mitel / Shortel
8. Describe your issue in detail for your technician
9. Select your room from the drop-down menu
10. Click on Select a value to open up a drop-down menu
11. Click Connectivity from the drop-down menu
12. Click Submit Ticket
13. That's it. You're done!
