Document Camera – How do I set up my Document Camera?

Steps on how to setup your document camera

1. To submit a work order in order to set up your document camera, you'll need to submit it in Incident IQ. First click AldineISD.org Bookmarks

2. Click Incident IQ

3. Click Sign in with Google SSO

4. Type your Aldine email credentials. Click next

5. Type in your Aldine password. Click Next

6. Click Tickets

7. Click New Ticket

8. Type in the words document camera in the search bar

9. Click on Chromebooks/Desktops/Laptops/Apple>Document Camera

10. Type in more details in the description to let the technician know all necessary information.

11. Select the room number from the drop down menu

12. Select Device Configuration

13. Click Submit Ticket

14. That's it. You're done!
