Steps on how to upload files to Google Drive
1. To upload files to Google Drive, click the
waffle icon in the top right corner of Google Chrome
2. Click on
Drive
3. Click
My Drive
4. Click
New
5. Click
File upload or
Folder upload
6. Select the
location of the file(s) you wish to upload
7. Select the
File or Folders you wish to upload
8. Click Upload
9. Confirm you wish to upload the file or folders by clicking
Upload
10. The
progress of the upload will show in the bottom right corner
11. The
file or folders will now be in your Google Drive
12. Another option to upload files to Google Drive is by the
drag and drop method.
Find the file(s) you want to upload (this can be from your desktop or any other location on your computer)
13. With your mouse,
click and drag your file(s) into the center section of your Google Drive and then
release the mouse to drop the file(s)
14. The progress of the upload will be displayed in the bottom right
15. Your files are now in your Google Drive
16. That's it. You're done!
