Steps on Submitting a Work Order for a Broken Chromebook


1. To submit a work order to fix a broken Chromebook, you'll need to submit it in Incident IQ. First click AldineISD.org Bookmarks


2. Click Incident IQ


3. Click Sign in with Google SSO


4. Type your Aldine email credentials. Click next


5. Type in your Aldine password, Click Next


6. Click Tickets


7. Click New Ticket


8. Click Chromebooks/Desktops/Laptops/Apple


9. Click Chromebook


10. Type more details in the description if you need to


11. Click here to select your room number


12. Click here to select your issue or choose Other


13. Click Submit Ticket


14. That's it. You're done!
