Steps to take if FollowMe asks you to install a driver

1. If FollowMe on your device is asking for driver install; start by clicking on your Windows icon


2. Click Settings


3. Click Bluetooth & devices


4. Click Printers & scanners


5. Click FollowMe_BW on papercut


6. Click Remove


7. Click FollowMe_Color on papercut


8. Click Remove


9. Click Power


10. Click Restart


11. After restarting your device, you should see both FollowMe_BW and Color as printer options

12. That's it. You're done!
