How do I access my security cameras?
- For IPRO cameras, click on the following link.
- For Genetec camera,s click on the following link.
- For Pelco, please contact the Technology Services Physical Security Team.

What is the retention period for the video footage?
- The standard video footage is retained for 30 days. After this period, the system overwrites the oldest data.
- For legacy camera systems such as Pelco, it’s 15-20 days.

- All footage requests must follow the district’s formal compliance protocol. Complete a Security Footage Request form and a work order with the Technology Services Physical Security Team.

How do I bookmark an event?
- Bookmarking allows you to tag a specific moment for easy retrieval later. To ensure your bookmark is not permanently deleted, you must submit a Security Footage Request form.
