District - How do I request a transportation video?

1. The following instructions are for Principals and Assistant Principals who have access to request transportation videos.
2. To request at transportation video, click aldine-isd.org bookmarks
3. Click Incident IQ
4. Click Google SSO
5. Sign in with your Aldine Gmail
6. Enter your Aldine Password
7. Click Next
8. Click Transportation Video Request
9. Enter in the details.
Be as specific as possible when describing what happened and who was involved. The more detail you provide, the quicker the video can be located.
10. Select the room number from the drop down menu
11. Select the video type from the drop down menu
12. Select Time of Day
13. Type in the Route number
14. Select Date of Incident
15. Click Submit Ticket
16. That's it. You're done!
Note: To view the transportation videos, 24/7 is needed. If not installed, reach out to directors of transportation about getting the software installed.
